WOOO!!! just over 15lbs in 3 months! My goal is currently 180lbs but I now know that I am going to change that to either 170 or 175 once I hit 180. Via a skin caliper test I figured out that I am about 167lb of lean weight, so I am aiming to get healthily close to that.
