Haven't posted in a bit. Got the bloodwork back from my physical and ALL numbers were good!!! Even my TSH was better (they have been on the low end and I was even on synthroid in the past). I did a little research and coconut oil is supposed to be beneficial to increasing TSH levels...obviously it is for me. So happy about my blood work.
Went to the ob/gyn about my menorrhagia. She has scheduled a pelvic ultrasound and uterine biopsy to just make sure that I have no fybroids. She also gave me a prescription for Lysteda that is supposed to help during my menses. So we shall see. I know this week I have felt like I am starving and wanting to eat everything. Then I realized PMS...Aunt Flo will be visiting soon....so now that I know what the deal is I can combat it. I certainly don't want to gain my weight back that I have been losing.
STILL waiting for my ifit module. I only ordered it Oct 20!! I have been told twice now that it is shipping. Hopefully, the information I got yesterday will prove correct and it will ship this week.
