Well I sabotaged myself this week, I got on here and committed to eating right and exercising and then I had the worst week I have had in months. I ate pizza for dinner once and then for lunch 3 days more. I ate chocolate every night before I went to bed and had fast food at least twice. I am really disappointed in myself plus I gained two pounds. I also have been extremely stressed out with school, my kids, finances and my dads girlfriends mom is close to death which is hard for me because I took care of her for a year. I need to learn to stop eating to make myself feel better as well as reward myself with food at 11pm because I worked hard at work. So here I am, 2 pounds heavier, ready to start again. Week two is going to be better. Hoping to see the numbers go DOWN on the scale!!
