It's been a tough weekend. I found it difficult to turn away from sugar laden goodies. On two occasions I broke pattern and had some. In one sitting I had a slice of cake, and pie. Later that day I had 1 cup of a new ice cream hubs brought home. Under normal days I easily walk passed these, but during my menses I find it hard to turn away. Today I've fasted and am below 600 calories. I hope its helped buy me out of the mess I bought into this weekend. :( I did have success in October losing 7 lbs. I'm hoping November will be as good to me!
