yesterday was hard.i really wanted to eat a shortbread cookie or two (Lorna Dune) and some chocolate candy but I didnt give into the sugar temptations. I've been stuck at this one spot for a week or more! but this morning I lost 1 pound! so I'm glad I didn't give into my sugar craving. I hope to lose 9 more pounds b4 March 31 when I see the Hip surgeon Dr again. that will be my First Personal Goal met. I still want to lose much more weight after I hit 200. I know I can do it! I need to exercise but the cold snowy weather keeps me inside and I'm limited on pain with 2 bad hips & knees.

Good for you...fighting cravings is tough work, and I'm glad you lost that pound! As far as the exercise goes...I really recommend you look on YouTube for sites that offer 'sitting' exercises to follow along with. At least you would be burning some additional calories and building upper body strength too!

Try Becky Fox on YouTube. She does exercises on the couch! You can use small weighs or cans.
