Whyyyyyyyy
The body tend to start storing body weight, fat, and etc to defend against the winter conditions. But a good thing that happens in winter is that the body burns more calories because it has to use even more energy to keep the body warm.
I will succeed this winter !

That may work for people who get cold, but I live in eastern Florida and we had a nice "chill" this morning as I woke to 54 degrees. A welcomed change from so much heat. Got to wear something from my closet of cool weather clothes that I never wear. So, for me, there is no extra energy needed to keep warm, haha!
