Happy All Saints Day. Well, I survived Halloween!!! I had planned
on having 6 fun size candy bars ( I ate 8 ). Today it's back
to EATING RIGHT!!!!! I did stay under my goal weight, which
is a very good thing.
Now it's time to start thinking about Thanksgiving. I'll be
hosting the dinner, so I need to start planning. Later this
morning I'm going for a walk.....Marlene
