Spoke with a body builder, well a bikini competetor yesterday and she gave me some great pointers.... 1) no sugar 2)no salt 3) no white stuff 4) no alcohol 5) Rest your body 6) dont weight yourself everyday 7) no carbs after 3 8) eat the serving size 9) make you food as creative as you weant 10) no cheese except fat free 11) read lables... so much more but thus has really help me. I dont have to complete deprive myself.... feeling empowered, I am hoping to hit the stage in September have a long way to go, but am going to concentate on teh right things!!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 April 2011:
1748 kcal Fat: 50.61g | Prot: 178.34g | Carb: 162.62g.   Breakfast: splenda flavors for coffee, low sodium ham, kraft fat free cheese, cantaloupe, ezekiel bread. Lunch: Chicken Burrito Bol (Black Beans, Chicken, Fajita Vegetables, Corn, Tomato Salsa Only), low sodium ham , earthgrains, fat free cheese kraft . Dinner: vinaigarette, aspa, salad, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: murray sugar free, Original Chocolate Fudge Drink. more...

hi deancy! good luck on ur body building! i hear ya on the depriving yourself thing! i hate doing diets like that! i was wondering what those splenda flavors for coffee are? i love drinking flavored coffee but i hate the calories that the creamers have! **Dayna
