Hello 👋, family. Here is 1st week progress on a diet.
-1.5kg(3lbs). It was a rough start, I used to eat a lot of carbs while gaining phase and it’s hard to ditch them. I’m trying. I even got a low blood sugar on a treadmill sweating and hard to breath
