Well, I am preparing for a meal at my niece's home tonight...I thought explaining what I can and can't eat would be simple! She still remembers my WW do's and don'ts...so,THIS way of eating has her a bit confused ! I just said make me an extra portion of salad and I will be fine without anything else...she is serving grilled lamb !I am making a Atkins dessert!
