hi went to doctor today down to 287, Boy couldnt hardly fit my head in the door. I have never seen results like this. when I got on the scales, I went to the 290 mark thinking ok go from here the bar went down I.m like uh oh kept pushing it got to 300 I'was starting to get upset. The nurse said the other way sweetie. I dont care if I looked stupid I loss 2 more lbs, I am so happy. almost didnt need pain pills. That is the best feeling. Happy flushing everybody and have a wonderful weekend.
