Oops, forgot to journal today. Worked out again this morning...think that's 9 days running! I did the Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism one and the thigh one... about an hour's worth.

Did some running around after that, realized I hadn't eaten at all and thought...why not try a fast? Well, I guess it would be a "modified" fast as I had my coffee with creamer today and a Celsius. Still less than 150 calories.

The reason? More to regain a sense of control over eating than as an actual weight loss tool. I've just felt so out of control with food and this was a way for me to feel somewhat "in control" again. Nearly 11:00pm, going to bed now anyway.

Oh, need to add 40 calories or so for the Fiber Gummies... lol

Good morning rwl! 9days of workouts! Yay for you!!! I'm sooooooo proud of your hard work! I know it feels so good when it's done for the day. It's quite addictive. My weakness is cardio. I get so bored. I think I need a dog to walk together. Maybe next year. I'm really too handful right now. I might want a huge one with a mean look to be my walking buddy. hahaa.. I have to do some homework before I make a decision. I'm going to gym this morning, too. I'll try 15min cardio before weight lifting. and another 15 -20min afterwards. Have a great happy day, my dear friend!:)

You make me tired listening to your workout. I decided I would start exercising today but I haven't decided what I'm going to do yet. My old stress fracture still hurts so I don't know if I can do aerobics. Nine days of exercising in a row! Whoopee!!!
