Cant say last week was a really good week, it was a tough week to be honest. Only one pound down, but its ok, we all stumble, we all falter, and I have made the decision to get back up on the horse. Now, I cant honestly say it was a horrible week.... I usually weigh in first thing in the am, but due to unforseen circumstances weighed in later in the afternoon and was still a pound down, so who knows, maybe ill have a five week loss on saturday! Boom, spirits lifted!
