just found this really cool site!!

it tells you exactly how many calories to eat to lose 50lbs! and it changes month to month because as you lose, your caloric intake changes..im really excited about it!!
198.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
