thanks CrystalJo! i use eggland’s best as well, i haven’t tried egg beaters though, does it taste any different from real eggs?

Well, it's made from just the egg whites (then colored yellow) so it's not EXACTLY the same, but it's still good! Cuts the calories by a BUNCH!!
