The scale this morning was between 58.3 & 58.2 so I decided to go with the less good weigh in.
upward movement could be bad news that now tom is gone my weight is going up or it could be time difference since on the weekends I tend to weigh in much later.
I really hope that I just don't have to see it go up more :-(
