NO!!! 😩 and just like that! the aftermath of 2 parties and an advanced valentines day dinner! on top of that, i haven’t had enough sleep because of the allergies that is currently killing me and my energy since yesterday! 🤧
waiting for the meds to kick in so i can get back on track asap! i am so bloated and got no energy! blah, i hate this feeling 😒
174.8 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you CrystalJo and walk4fitness! as much as i just wanted to lay down, i was scared that i’ll gain more if i do not move, so i pushed myself to at least walk today, i was able to do 3 miles but i think my nose did 10 miles because it was running 😆🤧
