Been a while...got distracted with university and holidays and the like. Trying to get back on track.

Got back from Dubai 2 weeks ago, went from hovering about 96kgs to 100kg. Poor poor effort but it always happens when I go there! Having too much fun to worry about what I'm eating/drinking.

Now it's exam time at university so I'm studying every day for 5-8 hours minimum. Exercise isn't high up on my list of priorities but I do go for the occasional run just to clear my head. I do watch what I'm eating. After all a healthy diet makes for a healthy body and brain, right?
