Today I begin with a new "diet"..

Homemade Muesli in the morning with 2 mugs of green tea and honey.

I crushed 500g of all bran flakes and mixed it with 500g pronutro (I choose chocolate flavor) + 1 cup raisins +2 cups desiccated coconut + 500g jungle oats + handful of poppy seeds and handful of sesame seed.

I wanted to buy the already mixed pack but then I saw on the ingredients there is sugar added (and with me adding more sugar it wont work) as well as some has palm fat/oil in it and I don't eat that. Next time I will put some nuts in as well and maybe some dried berries to. But as I did some homework on the internet, all this is "good" fat and great for cholesterol and sugar problems and also keeps you full for longer.

Drinking jelly in the day and at
Night drinking 15ml of gelatin before bed.

Eating normal during the day, but trying to eat less.


Yesterday my weight was 110kg. Lets see in a month's time if it worked
