Maintaining +/- 1-3 lbs eating pretty much anything that I want. I am running on fat and loving it. The secret, avoid alcohol in all forms,eliminate all packaged foods, say no to grains, stop using polyunsaturated oils,minimize seasonal consumption of fruit sugar and drink heavy whipping cream. It's easy.
