P90X Back & Biceps (first time doing this one): All Weights are Total Weight

Lawnmowers: 12 lbs, 12 (could start with higher weight)
Twenty-ones: 24 lbs, 21
One Arm Cross Body Curls: 24 lbs, 8
Elbow Out Lawnmowers: 12 lbs, 12
Standing Bicep Curls: 24 lbs, 12
One Arm Concentration Curls in Lawnmower: 12 lbs, 8

Reverse Grip Bent-over Rows: 24 lbs, 8
Open Arm Curls: 24 lbs, 10
Static Arm Curls: 24 lbs, 16

Congdon Locomotive: 24 lbs, 30
Crouching Cohen Curls: 24 lbs, 8
Corkscrew Curls: 24 lbs, 8
Seated Bent Over Back Flys: 24 lbs, 12
Curl Up Hammer Down: 24 lbs, 8
Hammer Curls: 30 lbs, 4; 24 lbs, 4
Superman: 10 seconds (x2)

Ab RipperX: 350/349= 100%!!

Jack Knifes: 15

This will probably be the last time I record the exact workout in here - I've got all the exercises down and am tracking on different log now. ;)

WOW awesome workout... Why so many isolated exercises? Compound exercises will save you time and give you a better return in your workouts just a thought.

It's the way P90X is. I just follow along with the videos for now. :) I'm hoping the new P90Plus or whatever it's called will have more compound exercises, but as it is I can't even get through the X program so it'll be a while before I get the new one. At any rate, it's definitely working! Here's hoping to add another 3-4 pounds of lean muscle mass again this month!

Fantastic! I have done a few P90X routines and just find them too tedious with the isolation but thats just me! Your rate of muscle gain is pretty much the same of mine! Averaging 2-4 pounds per month for past four months. :) keep up the great work. I am looking forward to next installment in the P90X series and seriously hope that they have revamped it to work more compound vs isolated muscles.

Thanks! I'm pretty proud of 4 pounds in one month, being a girl and all. :) My bicep also grew an inch last week. I don't expect to see such extravagant gains all the time, but it sure has been nice. Waiting for some more fat to come off, though. I've been the same for several days and am getting impatient, haha. ;) I think now that I'm fixing my eating schedule and spreading out my meals a little more than I was, I will be seeing results again soon.

I get the same experience... Some months are better than others. The months that are the most rewarding makes me feel good! Keep up the awesome work and remember its not eating more mini meals that will make you see results but how much you eat! :D <3
