This plan appears to be something more like what I try to eat now. I have my "bad" foods, but I think this one I can work with. I like how it has you change your habits, adding and taking away - not sure I want to ackle all of it at once or take my time wih one at a time...
I think what I like most is I can eat fruit. I think I can easily eat a plum or some strawberries over a snickers bar (well, more often than not anyway). Veggies are already eaten pretty good around here.
The problem with looking and reading so much on different plans, is now - do I eat full-fat or low-fat. It we are to go as natural as possible - low-fat came second, so full-fat would be better, correct? I'm talking dairy products here - yogurt, cheese, milk.
