My god - I feel like I'm starting over. I've really let myself down and have gained back some of the weight that I worked so hard to lose. I'm noticing it more and more in my body and it's making me crazy.
Back to the beach in 1 month - May 20 vacation in Florida - so time to get back on track! I mean seriously. I really have been eating horribly and not getting much exercise in at all aside from a few walks when it was nice out. Time to go home and get my SWEAT on!
