Winter is coming, I don't want to break my diet but I don't want to binge eat.
I've been craving sugar a lot more as it gets colder, going to enjoy a 200 calorie of goodness when those craving comes in~ It'll help me say on track and not deprive myself out of things I like.

I've been eating a average of 71grams of sugar a day, but I managed a 1600 calorie intake everyday. I'll fix the sugar situation by the spring or summer when I crave less sweets.
