I'm re-losing the same three pounds here but at least the scale is budging in the opposite direction. That gives me hope. It also keeps me motivated. Motivation is the key. I know I am eating healthier. I still have a lot more energy. My clothes are fitting more loosely. This is my Motivation Mantra. On days I am frustrated by not dropping pounds like hot potatoes, I need to remind myself of these things. We are heading to Southern Iowa today for a beekeepers auction tomorrow. It'll be fun. I haven't met the beekeepers here in Iowa and I knew enough of them in Michigan to be able to call for help or advice when I needed it. Very important to network with these folks, especially since I have no idea how to winter them over in a colder climate. That'll be my big question. I'd like to try to walk today before I leave but this crazy wind is really something. Its like winter here without the snow. Maybe our hotel will have a fitness center and I'll get on the treadmill or something for a while. That would be a bonus.
