Well week 2 has come to an end...this week went much better, I wasnt thinking so much of food. I have drank so much water I am surprised I have not floated away! To be honest though, I like drinking the water. I know shocking, since I only drank coffee and soda before, speaking of soda, I have only had one diet soda this whole week. I dont even miss it like I thought I would. I made the mistake of getting on the scale in the middle of this week. It wasnt what I was expecting. I have decided that as much as it may kill me I am staying away from the scale during the week! I am only going to weigh in every 2 weeks! I have been working my butt off on the treadmill I want to see the results as soon as they happen, but that isnt going to happen I guess. it must stay a mystery. kind of like when you gain weight you wake up one morning look into the mirror and OMG you are 20lbs heavier!
