This weekend cost me 1.40 kg gain (: had my niece's 21st birthday and ate everything that was not good.. And it was not even worth it.
233.6 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 90.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1230 kcal Fat: 86.59g | Prot: 73.77g | Carb: 41.49g.   Breakfast: Coffee Bullet Proof, Fried Egg, Eskort Rindless Streaky Bacon. Lunch: Lindt 85% Dark Chocolate, Almonds. Dinner: Salt, Minced Garlic, Creamed Cauliflower, Nature's Choice Almond Flour, Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Spring Onions, Salami, Apples, Dew Fresh Full Cream Milk, Coffee with Milk, Water (Bottled). more...
gaining 7.7 lb a week

I know the feeling. I ate all weekend too and undid all the hard work I did last week. Sigh. Take a deep breath and start again. Good luck! :)
