Feeling good today!! so I changed the font color.. I feel good not just because I lost about 1.5 pounds but because I have been making good choices the last couple of days I EVEN HAD A SALAD FOR BREAKFAST.. go figure! and I didnt beat my self up emotionally when I blew the diet this past weekend (major hurdle) still need to work on the water, not having my crystal lite is hard, but i am triing! good day to all, and happy eating

I still haven't kicked the crystal lite habit. I figure, if I'm gonna cheat somewhere-I'd rather cheat there. But good for you-stay strong and keep feeling good. I feel empowered. I've really been getting in tune with myself and it's wonderful. I've been preparing for my interview tomorrow so I can't wait. I hope I can find the courage to really have faith in my ideas and speak up.

Great job, lovies!! Giving up the Crystal Light can be hard, when you are used to drinking it, but after a while water tastes the best. Have a wonderful evening!

I fill a 32 oz cup 3/4 with water then top it off with Crystal Light lemonade..2 or 3 times a day....nowdays I can't stand it straight....much too sweet.

I used to drink my water with Crystal Light. But now I can drink it plain, as long as it's cold. I don't drink enough water though. Yesterday I drank 64 oz. I'm trying to make today 2 days in a row!!! Great job on the healthy eating!!!!!

Keep it up! I try to drink between 64 to 80 oz of water a day. That is hard. When I replace my diet drinks with water I'm not near as hungry which makes it hard to each as much as Im supposed to. Maybe more veggies will help?
