So I blew it for two days with tracking what I ate and my activity :( I didn't really have food problems just a couple rough days:( I'm trying to get back on track today! Eliptical is in the house now as opposed to on the porch. I actually enjoy it, it just makes my knees hurt...trying to push through it!!!Thanks to all those who encourage!Weighed myself this morning...165 looked like! :) Probably just water but I'LL TAKE IT!!! Also, met my exercise challenge! YAY! three 10 min. sessions on the eliptical...yesterday was only two but I'm shooting for three every day! We'll see what happens :)
