So...Day 3 and things are still going pretty ok. Have not made it to the gym, but have been playing ball and been very active with other things so that is good. Eating is going about 95%, had a couple not so good, but not so bad choices....being so busy and not having a chance to cook dinner is what is killing me. I can get it ready in advance, but when you have to hurry home, then leave right away, you just end up stopping and grabbing a bit. It was not a bad bite, it was a grilled chicken wrap..so not too bad. Other then that things are going well...I am doing what I need to do and what I can to make this work for my schedule! Hope all is well with everyone! Have a great evening.

I know exactly what you are saying. With my guys being in ball 4 - 5 days a week, plus weekend practices, it is hard to plan anything and your right, you just grab what you can before you go back out the door again. Like you said, you do what you can and just remember, you are making better choices when you can. Have a great Memorial Weekend gf!!!

Hey, thanks for the comments on my journal! I have a suggestion...my friend gets home around 6 and the "troops" are usually hungry right when she walks through the door. She usually throws dinner in a crockpot and slow cooks something all day and when she gets home voila! I've looked up recipes for this before and you'd be surprised...there's lots of options.

Kim is right...my sister uses her crockpot a lot like that. You can find some really yummy recipes for it.
