Yes, I know. Fell off my plan again. Dinner at Mom's began it. Pizza at work the next day perpetuated the slide into several Twix's and Ice cream. Back on track I think.
185.1 lb Lost so far: 36.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
