Today's workout:

PiYo Strength Intervals
Treadmill: 30 minutes, speed 3.5, incline 3.0

Tomorrow is the last day of our 2 month PiYo program, and my workout class has decided to start T25 on Monday. I remember when I first started working out, we did a couple of T25 workouts, and I didn't really like it. But now that I have lost more weight I am looking forward to trying it again.
