Five days without any sugar! No concentrated sweets. Only fruit and one teaspoon in my coffee. Never would have believed I could do this. There have been temptations, but I have been able to walk away. It's been challenging trying to find snacks that don't involve something sweet. So, I'll have to see what cutting out sugar does for me. I believe sugar and sweet stuff is addictive--the more I have, the more I want.
