I'm off to a good start and lost 2 lbs yesterday! I'm concerned about the exercise part since my toes were going numb when I walked on the treadmill yesterday. I'll research it and see what I figure out. I know I can loose weight on Atkins whether or not I work out, but I would probably loose more faster if I do.
The biggest challenge for me will be to drink enough water. I joined a water challenge to keep me on track. Have a great day!

Speaking from personal experience, it could be that your laces are too tight, or your shoes are too old and/or not providing you the correct support.
