Such a bad weekend! This was seriously the first time I have fallen off the wagon and I'm convinced it's going to hurt my weigh-in on Friday. Not only did I manage to scarf down a whole medium pizza by myself (over two days), I ate a five course meal, a huge breakfast, and pub fare on sunday night to top it all off - and I can't forget the jelly bellys. I managed to eat a whole bag of those as well! Cripes - I don't know where I put it all.

Add to that, that I hardly exercised all weekend - aside from completing my first 10K race (which was great). I need to regain my focus. If I continue this downward spiral, all of my hard work will be for naught.

Today is a new day with a new start. You had your fun on the weekend, now have fun losing weight and making healthy choices. I have a Bachelorette Party weekend on Friday and that is going to be a challenge. But as long as I try to make healthy decisions, that is all I can do. I gotta keep my goal in mind. You can come back and get a loss next week. BTW: Congrats on the 10K, I have only done a 5k.
