I'm going to try this again. My weight just keeps to climb and climb and climb no matter what I do. They keep checking my thyroid, but it never comes back with a problem. I think I'm starting to become diabetic too, but I don't even want to check my blood sugar because I think it will be too high.
I will bring it down with this type of diet and can start exercising once my foot doesn't hurt so bad and once I get some of this initial weight off.
