there is a couple guide lines fir myself:
1,drink water.at least 8 cups a day.
2.sleep well,at least 8 hours.
3.avoid foods that make me fat,soda,doughnuts,ect.
4.excercise 4 days out of 1 week for a hour
5.always look at the lables before eat the food.
MY DIET PLAN...
*follow the 3 day diet meal plan every Sat,Sun,and Mon,and some stretches before bed.
*rest of the week,eat 5~6 meals a day with jogging a hour every and weght lift 2hours before bed.
