Ok Today I start Phase 1 again!!!! If I had done this righ the first time I would not have to do it again. I am a bit depressed today for personal reasons. I hope I can get thru today .Will take teh spin class to lift my slef up but once i sleep and wake up tomrrow I know I will be fine. Just need to get thru today. We go to the beach on friday for the long week end... have been amking letnal soup n chicked burgers ( minus the buns) so I stay on the diet! My friends from work has lost 12 lbs. She really did follow the diet was livingon Ricotta cheese n baby tomatoes... anyway good for her.. she weights 270 so really need ot get down a bit...
if i lose 10 more pounds I iwll be happy.
