Why do I always feel hungrier after I eat an apple?? I was getting hungry and ready for my afternoon snack, an apple and string cheese, and I feel more hungry after. Uggghhhh. I wish someone would just tell me what to eat, when to eat it, how much and when to stop. It all seems so easy. But here I am a few weeks in and literally counting every freaking calorie and making sure the good WAY outweighs the "bad" and nothing is happening. I'm also ridiculously impatient 😆 I'll keep trucking cause why the hell not.

Apple should have filled you up. IMO I eat when I am hungry that I could eat my meal without being rushed. Not eat when I am starting having a headache that’s when all reason of eating healthy goes out the window. Also use smaller plates. It tricks the mind that makes it look like you are eating a lot but not. Hope this helps.
