Surprised I didnt gain more between the salty foods and sprained ankle. Haven't been able to fully workout for over a week. And, my husband has a hard time getting anything but pizza and burgers on his dinner nights. I usually try to portion control and only have a small amount of pizza or a burger with no bun, but last night the bun looked so good that I ate the whole garsh darn burger!
167.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
