Intermittent fasting again. It's the only method that fits my lifestyle. I've also added a very minor lifting routine, about a week ago.
Long-term fasting get's questioned too much and gives me headaches. Counting becomes tiresome and time consuming, despite it's effectiveness. That "intuitive" crap is crap.
My goal is 60 by new-years, but it's only 62 that i'm really gunning for. I made it a few months ago, so i want it back.
