The weight loss has slowed but is still happening. To me 30 pounds is a lot to lose. I don't like lifting things that heavy. So I am happy with the loss but am very eager to break into onderland and stay there for good. I have lost some inches. I have reached a point where my hubby is afraid my pants will fall off. Some of my shirts are huge on me too. I can get back into some of my old clothes so I have more to wear now. I am still de-cluttering. Trying to keep stress under control and sleep better. Trying to move more. Control my blood sugar. Avoid covid.
