Today is a new day and the beginning of a new week. Yesterday was not a good day (as far as counting calories and eating is concerned). Today, I need to get back on track and MAKE SURE I work out for at least an hour (since I couldn't get to walk last night after my grandma-food-eating day). Will update later. :) Have a great day!

**DAYTIME WORKOUT**
-Didn't manage to do a full hour workout. I guess I could have pushed just a little bit more....but this is what happens when I miss Friday's workout and take the weekends off. Three days of no working out, and the first day back is killah! I don't know if I'll be able to work out tonight, but I'll try to.

Treadmill:
Length: 44min. 27sec.
Distance: 2.63 miles (10.5 laps)
Incline: 5 (98% of the way), 5.5 (last 2%)
Speed: Alternated b/w 3, 3.5, 4mph (mostly 3.5 & 4 though)
Burned:
Calories: 435
Fat Calories: 136

Chair Squats: 2 sets of 10
Chair Pushups: 2 sets of 10
Squats: 20

**EVENING WORKOUT**

Yay me! I got to work out this evening. All day was a bit of a struggle to workout at all. I really had to push. BUT, I managed it and that's all that counts! :)

Treadmill:
Time: 40min. 8sec.
Distance: 2.42 miles (9.6 laps)
Incline: 5.5 (all the way through)
Speed: 3mph (2min.), 3.5mph (60%), 4mph (approx. 40%)
Burned:
Calories: 406
Fat Calories: 127

....it would have been nice to have burned 500 calories, but oh well. 406 is better than nothing. Ummmm, especially since I pigged out at the Chinese buffet again. :\ I ate a LITTLE bit better, but still A LOT. Ugh. No self-control. For shame!
