So after the beach weekend, I have gained weight. I am not happy, but I know I can get back on track. I am amazed that I am still 8 pounds down. This truly is motivating.
200.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
