I've been off of Atkins for a little over a week, which started when I had a cold, and just wanted to eat soup and bread -- not protein. Strangely, I lost 3 pounds in that week. I still haven't gotten back on Atkins, because I really need to grocery shop ... I think my body needed a change. I'm still logging my food on MFP, so I'm aware of my caloric intake.
