Yesterday, was very difficult trying to follow a healthy eating at the food court. On Saturday me and my girlfriends were shopping. I am the only one in my circle watching my weight or health. One thing I have found out from yesterday is to always have a plan. Research your dinning options and pack healthy snacks and walk, walk and walk!!!!!!!!!
