I actually had weight gain,all the way to 61,eish!But no, I will be back in my 50"s tomorrow.Have a new exercise routine and eating fruits and veggies,nothing else.I have pills i take so i do not feel so light headed and also have vtamin pils.Although I have become ill.Hope I get to 56 by next monday
