Today i woke up and did about 10 push-ups and about 20 sit ups. i walked up to a restaurant with my next door neighbor and ate a spinach and feta-cheese omelet, which was amazing, then we walked home and played volleyball for about an hour. i was hoping to go to the gym today but sadly i have no ride. i now plan on playing some more volleyball and doing some more push-ups and sit ups.
