I don't keep any 'bad' foods at home or on my person. I live on fruits, veggies, low fat yogurt, rye crispbreads, chicken and prawns. And have been for months now. The 'bad' foods are only around me at work (I work loooooooong shifts, sometimes I have to stay in hotels for up to 7 days).
Before I started healthy eating I binged everyday. Several times a day.
And now this pattern seems to be re-occuring as this is my third binge in a week. Albeit not as bad as the other two (they were 5000 calories and above and lasted all day)as it only lasted an hour.
What the hell?? Why? Where did that strength go?!

You can do it, I often lose the strength to keep on track. You can see the pattern re-occurring, you have the strength and power to get back on track. Best of luck
