Ok so when I first created this page I thought that I was heavier than I was. Really I weighed in at 162, did a 2 day fast of nothing but water and lost 4 pounds. Tonight I am starting the Master Cleanse. Really hope that I can make it atleast 10 days...gonna be hard, I love snacking...mmmm baby carrots!!! LOL
158.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Well, it is all a start. Trust me..it is hard and I did give in today to some beer. Hard to resist when i love it so much and love trying new kinds. At least I went with an Organic one..ha ha ha. Overall, I resisted the french fries which is one of my weaknesses, but gave into baked chips. Have to have it with a wrap ;) I think once I put the exercise to it all, it will pay off. Be strong and have rich eat as far away as possible.
